They are growing, partly due to the friendly and welcoming Customers Service Consultants in this team, and they are a close knit team. To become part of this team you need to have the following attributes: »Preferably come from a retail background »Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales »MUST have a good attendance record »Clear communication skills both written and verbal »Positive and cheerful personality - able to liaise with all company departments »Ability to upsell to customers and desire to exceed set KPI's »Pro-active, honest, reliable »Excellent computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook »Task-focussed and ability to work to deadlines »Understanding of Health & Safety measures »NZ Driving Licence (restricted minimum) »No criminal convictions »NZ citizen or permanent resident This role is set hours Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday work possibly once a month. The role will mostly be inbound calls, but on occasion you may be required to work in the outbound area.
