Our client has a nationwide presence with a variety of products through their online service and face to face sales representatives.
They are a secure and well known company that continues to strive to exceed customers' expectations. They are growing, partly due to the friendly and welcoming Customers Service Consultants in this team, and they are a close knit team.
To become part of this team you need to have the following attributes:
   »Preferably come from a retail background
   »Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales
   »MUST have a good attendance record
   »Clear communication skills both written and verbal
   »Positive and cheerful personality - able to liaise with all company departments
   »Ability to upsell to customers and desire to exceed set KPI's
   »Pro-active, honest, reliable
   »Excellent computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook
   »Task-focussed and ability to work to deadlines
   »Understanding of Health & Safety measures
   »NZ Driving Licence (restricted minimum)
   »No criminal convictions
   »NZ citizen or permanent resident
This role is set hours Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday work possibly once a month. The role will mostly be inbound calls, but on occasion you may be required to work in the outbound area. If you are willing to work hard, and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to you, your attitude could very well fit in with other like-minded team members.
