Customer Service RepresentativeJob location:Auckland Auckland Central Work Type: Temporary » » » You’ll be the first port of call for people enquiring about pre-departure COVID-19 screening tests as they look to travel overseas. With the rules and regulations required by each country changing by the day, clients will be looking to you to provide them with the most up-to-date information. With your passion for providing top customer service, unflappable attitude and sound knowledge of the stresses involved in travelling, you’ll manage testing bookings, provide advice around requirements, and explain what is involved in the test itself. This is a very varied function, with all training and equipment provided. Due to a large increase in the volume of enquiries coming through each day, my client needs people who can start immediately. Full-time hours available, working on a roster with weekend work required on occasion. Work in the house initially, with the view to move into the CBD office location in the New Year. Interested?
