Payroll/Systems Overview - Temp initially; generous perm incomeJob location:Auckland Auckland Central Work Type: Temporary » » » • 3 days pwk or 5 dependent on focus; flexible income to meet practice • significant working environment; Not For Profit industry; temp with perm potential • Mid to late Jan start; 6-8 week initial requirement; may go perm; CBD located If working for an organisation that provides extraordinarily significant work matters to you, and you have payroll processing practice, and possibly more senior oversite around systems improvement, this may be just the function you are looking for. You will be joining a very diverse and interesting team of passionate people of varying degrees of practice in this hard working team. Currently two options are available. We are keen to hear from you if you are interested in either a three day per week function processing payroll, or a five day per week function with the additional responsibilities of superviseing and advising on growth and improvements with systems upgrades and processes to the payroll. This position is an initial 6-8 week payroll position with the potential to go permanent if you enjoy the function and the team. The ideal start date is mid to late January, with the expectation that you will be office located and adding value and support in person to your team. The function requires a personality who is able to work calmly and capably with all walks of life. You are patient and approachable, very capable around payroll matters, but not necessarily an expert, as there is a senior team for support. As this function offers substantial growth and seniority there is a generous permanent income bracket for the prosperous applicant.
