• Part time position, Mon – Friday (30 Hours per week, flexible days/times within business hours)
• Lots of benefits; Extra time off during Christmas and New Years, Early finishes on long weekend and discount cards in various companies/shops
• income - $54,520.50 (Pro-Rata)
 
The company This is a well-respected non-for-prophet organisation who are incredibly passionate about people. They are a world-wide organisation, well respected across the globe. My client has exceptional values, lots of progression opportunities and great culture. They engage employee-led people networks that celebrate diversity, provide safe spaces as well as encouraging thought-leadership abilities. This is great part time position with flexibility, there are certain days you must be in the office depending on meetings, although this will communicate well in advance.
 
The ideal working hours for this function are 10:30am – 3:00pm.
The function this function provides administrative support to the Executive office. You will ensure smooth running of the office, including planning and preparing meeting agenda/taking minutes. You will be a key link between the executive office and all other staff members. You’ll have great support around you and awesome management in place who offer help and guidance.

You will have proven practice with minute taking and administration support. A desire to support and help the wider team and exceptional communication expertise - having previous Personal adjunct or Administrator practice organisation is a massive advantage in this position. You will be organised, have a professional approach, and have great attention to detail.
