About the function: This organisation is going through a huge growth phase, hence the need for additional support! We are pursuing confident administrators who have had exposure to recruitment processes and can hit the ground running in this temp function. » Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing candidates · Post ads · Book (and sometimes attend) assessments » contact with vetting team to coordinate pre-employment testing, checks, etc » Generate letters of offer and contracts » Update unprosperous candidates » Team admin support as required About You: You will have excellent interpersonal expertise and be able to build rapport easily over the phone with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds. You will be a people person and understand the importance of being communicative! · Ideally have some practice/expertise of recruitment processes · Excellent written and verbal communication expertise · Process driven, eye for detail and sound judgement · Confident using Excel · practice with Snaphire will be valuable · Available to start immediately, and able to commit to 6 months Apply Now!
