Medical Secretary/Admin
• 6-8+ weeks, start Mon 29 August
• Epsom Specialists
• Use your medical sec/admin exper!

The Position
To assist with office administration in a busy clinical setting with surgical procedures carried out onsite.
• Step into an interesting and varied medical specialty
• Face to face patient contact (not 100% as a rotated function)
• Phone contact
• Maintain appointments
• Procedure advice
• Medical typing (can learn)
• Patient info data entry
• Print Labels, everyday procedure lists
• Patient accounts ie receipts, printing invoices
On offer
• Handover/training
• Assignment from Monday 29 August
• 6 week assignment, possible longer
• Due to permanent growth, may apply if interested
• Opportunity to step into Specialist sector, great on your CV!
• Cross over Training to their specialist patient management software
• Excellent hourly rate, dependent on exper eg $30-32/hour
• Monday to Friday
• Weekly pay on a Wednesday
