The function will also contribute to other projects/activities across the Healthy Communities team as needed. Ng? P?kenga me ng? M? t? m?tou r?p? – About our team If prosperous, you will be part of the Healthy Communities team that sits within the Population Health and avoidance Directorate. This directorate works across sectors to achieve health equity and protect, promote and improve the health and wellbeing of people, families and communities. The Directorate includes our key national public health functions, emergency management, the National Screening Unit and a range of population health programmes such as oral health, child health, Pacific Health, tobacco control and immunisation. Improving equity underpins our groups ethos and work programme with a strong focus on health promotion and avoidance. This is an opportunity to draw on your range of expertise, expertise, and life practice to make a significant contribution to the delivery of public health initiatives.
