Offer: Horticulture Tutor, Fruit Production:EITJob description:Job DescriptionA expertiseable and practiced person is required to teach fruit production (mainly apples) to students in our Certificate in Horticulture, Fruit Production Apprenticeship programme and Diploma in Horticulture Fruit Production programme.EIT has developed a good reputation within the fruit industry for the standard of our industry training and the prosperous candidate will need to maintain the high standards already set. This is a key function for Somebody with current industry expertise who has the capability to contact with grower employers to help train the next generation of orchardists. A New Zealand Diploma in Horticulture or equivalent is a minimum requirement (with broad significant industry practice). The capability to relate to students in the fruit industry and help them grow a great career in the fruit production sector will be crucial to your success in this function.
