Offer: Senior Marketing Manager – Domestic:AUTJob description:Job DescriptionSenior Marketing Manager – DomesticAs Senior Marketing Manager, Domestic, you’ll be playing a crucial function in accelerating AUT’s growth in NZ domestic market though excellence in leadership abilities, innovation and strategy. Reporting to Director Marketing and Recruitment you will champion marketing initiatives that supercharge brand strength, lead generation pipeline and conversation growth.What you’ll do » Own the strategic planning and initiative development and management of all AUT NZ domestic marketing including new segments and opportunities » Lead and inspire groups to create leads, nurture prospects and create the impression that AUT is a University they should come and study with. » Curate insights from customer journeys, segmentation, brand research, data analytics to inform marketing strategy and priorities » Create a culture and process of student-first thinking and data-driven decisions » Challenge the status quo to continually stay a step ahead, providing recommendations at a Director and Senior leadership abilities level. » Monitor, optimise and report on significant performance metrics and ROI » Work with in house agency team (Brand Strategy and Capcapability) to deliver world class creative applications that are on-brand, and always challenging the team to ‘deliver the unexpected’ that drives cut-through and conversion. » Effectively lead a high performing team of marketing professions to achieve brand and marketing objectives » Create a team culture that works in a highly collaborative environment and represents all Brand and Marketing Services. » Plan, manage and operationalise a budget to deliver activities and to target, including planning and operationalising. What does success look like? » Delivery of a both rolling tactical 6-12 month and a long-term strategic marketing plan, supporting a quarterly initiatives roadmap that is aligned to AUT Directions » Delivery of creative and impactful marketing communications underpinned by research, data, and insights. » Demonstrate capability to influence and measure growth via data driven experimentation » Optimize performance and ROI across all marketing channels » Driving and building an inspiring team performance and culture » Strong working relationships with domestic and international teams, including at a senior leadership abilities level. What you’ll bring with you » 8+ years of marketing leadership abilities skills » Hands-on practice of leading marketing teams to delivery on organisational objectives » Proven practice in the creation and development of campaign strategy, positioning and on- messaging » practice in media planning, buying and negotiation » practice creating go-to-market strategies to prosperously launch online and offline campaigns and new strategic partnerships and solutions. » capability to analyse, interpret and/or compare programme results, marketing research, trends and competitive data to identify key learnings.
