Offer: Breakfast Chef.:Job description:Breakfast Chef.Payment: Paid Position ($26.50 - $29.00)Job location: Cardrona Hotel Region: Otago/Queenstown/Wanaka practice: practice Necessary Contact: Angela Cook Listing Added: 25/08/2022 The Cardrona Hotel requires a Chef de Partie to work as our breakfast chef 4x days per week in our busy kitchen this spring / summer season. We are seeking for a motivated team player who has good time managemnt expertise to run our breakfast service. The candidate we seek is required to have a minimum of 2 years practice in a similar environment. This is a good function for someone not wanting full time hours or night shifts. Approx hours will be 7am - 3pm depeding on the season. An immediate start is available, however, we require a minimum availcapability of September to mid-December and a longer contract will be possible if appropriate to both parties. This position is rostered and is approx 32 hours per week. Enjoy the end of the ski season, get out your MTB and paddle board when the weather warms up, unpack the climbing gear and enjoy the area in spring and summer. Accommodation is available to the right candidates. A valid work visa must be held by any potential staff. However, sponsorship may be available to the right person.
