As we continue to grow and expand our product line, we are searching for a skilled and dedicated Food Mixer Operator to join our dynamic team based in Avondale. As a Food Mixer Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our advanced food mixing equipment to ensure the creation of consistent, top-quality products. Your attention to detail and adherence to precise measurements will be vital in upholding our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities: - Set up and operate the industrial food mixer to blend ingredients according to recipes and production requirements. - Measure and weigh ingredients accurately, ensuring the right proportions for each batch. - Monitor the mixing process, adjusting settings as needed to achieve the desired consistency and texture. - Conduct regular quality checks to guarantee product uniformity and taste. - Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. - Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth workflow and meet production targets. - Troubleshoot and report any equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team promptly. - Comply with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment. Requirements: - Previous experience as a Food Mixer Operator or in a similar role within an industrial food production setting is highly desirable. - Strong knowledge of food mixing techniques, recipes, and measurements. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain precision in a fast-paced environment. - Understanding of food safety guidelines and the ability to maintain high sanitation standards. - A team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. - Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and meet production deadlines. - Flexibility to work Afternoon shift 7:00am-3:00pm Monday- Friday No Weekend work.
