Role Summary: The Technical Lead and Delivery Manager at Hantt & Co is a pivotal role that combines technical leadership, delivery management, and people management responsibilities. This position is integral to driving our consultancy's impact in the ADMS and OT landscape. You will oversee the delivery team, manage client engagements, and ensure the successful execution of complex projects. With a strong emphasis on OT system integration - particularly with GE PowerOn - you will leverage your expertise in scripting languages, system integration, and project management to exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management
   » People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
   » Delivery Oversight: Manage project delivery teams, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
   » Professional Development: Support team members' growth through training, performance evaluations, and leadership opportunities.
Project Delivery and Management
   » Project Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects like OMS, NMS, APRS, and DPF, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, timelines, and budgets.
   » Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored, high-value solutions.
   » Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with Hantt & Co's vision and objectives.
Technical Expertise
   » System Integration: Provide technical leadership in ADMS and OT system integration, particularly with GE PowerOn, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
   » Technical Excellence: Leverage your proficiency in Linux, databases, server setup, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) to optimise operational systems.
   » Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards across all projects, implementing rigorous testing and quality assurance practices.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
   » Process Optimisation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
   » Innovation Leadership: Inspire the team to think creatively and adopt cutting-edge technologies that address client challenges effectively.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
   » A relevant bachelor's degree or higher, or a minimum of years' relevant experience in OT system integration, specifically with ADMS (GE PowerOn).
   » Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
   » Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
   » Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
   » Highly collaborative, with a keen interest in working with cross-functional teams.
   » Innovative thinker, with a focus on continuous improvement and technological advancement.
   » In-depth familiarity with Linux, databases, server setup, and scripting.
   » Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects like OMS, NMS, APRS and DPF.
   » Strong software development background, with extensive experience in project management and system integration.
   » Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
