Process WorkerLocation Palmerston NorthManawatu Job type Temporary Salary 27 to 28 Category Manufacturing/Operations > Process Worker » 12 hour shifts - 4 days on 4 days off. » Over $27 p/h plus Shift Allowances » Temp to Perm Opportunities Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Worker to join our team in a factory within Palmerston North. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining the quality standards of our products. Key Responsibilities: » Operating and monitoring machinery in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures. » Conducting quality checks at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards. » Collaborating with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency. » Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to uphold safety and hygiene standards. » Reporting any equipment malfunctions or deviations from quality standards immediately. Full training will be provided for the right applicant. All shifts are 12 hours. Requirement needed to be successful: -Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and physically fit. -Shift work. -Ability to follow instructions. -Pass a pre employment drug screen. -Must reside in NZ. -Right to work in NZ.
