The Company Work for a well-known accounting firm, located in the heart of Tauranga. The team is professional with a fun friendly culture. There are two Partners you’ll be supporting and they’re both quite different; one is extroverted and easy-going, the other is diligent, professional and methodical. The function You will work closely with the two Partners, their team of Accountants and the wider business providing all the admin support they need. Your day could include: • Diary management • Database management: setting up new client files (and disestablishment) and ensuring all client information is up to date • Letter writing and formatting • AML compliance and companies’ office admin • Creating spreadsheets and reporting • Invoicing and assisting the trust admin team • General admin support to the Partners and their teams It is a full-time function, 8.30am – 5pm with a flexi-time policy – and they finish at 3pm on Fridays. The Right Person To be an asset to this team We are seeking for a hard-working diligent skilled PA. You’ll have strong MS expertise; intermediate to advanced level is ideal and be able to demonstrate proven practice working in step with multiple Managers.
