About the function An practiced marketing and communications leader to partner with the company’s business unit. You’ll be responsible for drawing your Customer Engagement colleagues together to provide end-to-end marketing and communications planning and delivery services across a range of public transport areas, and working with our advertising agency to develop marketing campaigns. You’ll play a crucial part in working with our agency to develop a new brand strategy. About You As the prosperous candidate for this function you must: • Have outstanding interpersonal and relationship management expertise, be curious and not afraid to ask questions. • Demonstrate a proven track record in developing and delivering customer-focussed, insights-driven marketing and communications strategy and solutions. • Be known for your exceptional attention to detail and your capability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines with a calm and considered approach. • Have expertise and practice in managing a team, and preferably working in an account or business partnership model, and working with an advertising agency.
