Have you used this knowledge to help one or more organisations create customer- focused teams? Your organisational design practice may have been gained while working in an HR Business Partner function; this is an opportunity to develop on the expertise and knowledge you already have. Due to an increase in workload, we’re looking for two Senior Organisational Design Consultants to be the newest members of our team – one is a 12 month fixed-term opportunity. Our mission is to be one of the most highly regarded Change Enablement teams in New Zealand and we want you to be part of that. We have a strongly collaborative team culture and are committed to supporting our staff to grow their expertise and knowledge. To be prosperous in this function you will: » Have helped business leaders identify the best team structure for prosperously delivering results to the rest of the organisation and external customers » Ideally you will also have led organisational change pieces of work » You’ll have the capability to think strategically and communicate effectively with diverse audiences » Your strong relationship building expertise will be invaluable as you work with stakeholders across ACC » Having a strong eye for detail will also be hugely valuable in these functions Our functions include the full range of organisational design activities including function design and helping to define/refine ways of working. What we need from you to be prosperous in this function: » Practical organisation change practice » A structured approach to running change projects, backed-up by solid project management knowledge. If you understand Agile, or have practice in an agile environment, that’s a bonus » A sound knowledge of organisational design process and methodology » You can easily influence and lead people to deliver the very best » You have a collaborative approach and enjoy being part of a team » You’ll have a demonstrated success record in delivering within complex environments, utilising your highly developed communication expertise to build collaborative and inclusive stakeholder relationships In return, we can offer broad, interesting work and an organisation that invests in your development.
