Job Description

The University of Auckland is New Zealand's leading university, with a turnover of $1.1bn, including research revenue of over $200m generated across eight diverse faculties and two research institutes. We employ more than 5400 academic and professional staff to support over 41,000 students, making us one of NZ's largest employers.

Starting the 15th of March, to meet short-term staffing needs.The University is seeking to employ casual staff members to assist with the lead up and duringthe test and examination period, working with the exams office.
Hours will be changeable as agreed with the line manager of the function.
Job responsibilities:
   » Assist with assessment and exams transcription using Inspera
   » Technical support for Curriculum Development Managers and Inspera faculty champions
   » Provide on demand additional support when required
   » Monitor progress of adoption of Inspera
   » Assist Exams Office to monitor faculty usage of Inspera
   » Provide weekly reporting to team lead on progress of designated faculty/groups
   » Attend specific training clinics as subject matter expert
   » Assist with class test, assessment organisation and delivery using Inspera
   » Perform ?planner? function on Inspera
   » Perform final checking on all Inspera assessment (test and exams)
   » Monitor progress of test and exams online
   » Assist with manual access provisioning*
   » Assist with manual grade pass back*
   » Assist Exams Office to monitor in flight exams, escalate and record any issues to team lead
*if Plan A- automation does not work
