About this function
We are seeking for an executive adjunct superstar to provide high quality support to the Director of Education who manages multiple teams. You will effectively manage their time, anticipate demands and make decisions, and identify emerging issues and risks, taking steps to manage them appropriately.
You will provide support by effectively managing diaries and ensuring they are appropriately prepared for and supported in their day to day activities. this function performs a wide variety of at times complex administrative, secretarial, coordination and research responsibilities which requires considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact and independent judgment.
About you
You will have proven significant EA practice ideally within the public sector.
You will also offer the following:
   » Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the capability to calmly and effectively address complex situations
   » Attention to detail and excellent time management and organisational skills
   » The capability to build and maintain strong relationships across a diverse group of contacts
