Principal Capcapability Advisor M?ori
The Principal Capcapability Advisor M?ori leads the development of initiatives that builds Te Ao M?ori and cultural capcapability and confidence of our MSDwh?nau. this function ensures that our people capcapability requirements within our strategic direction Te Pae Tawhiti and MSD's M?ori Strategy, Te Pae Tata are in place and are well supported.
This critical position works in partnership with the M?ori, Communities and Partnerships Business Group to build and maintain quality relationships with Iwi, M?ori organisations and other government agencies.
As a key member of our Learning and Capcapability Team, you will also provide advice and assistance on Tikanga M?ori and M?ori issues and facilitation of consultation with M?ori on HR matters.
We are pursuing a passionate professional with the following practice in:
   » Contributing to strategic direction by designing, developing and implementing comprehensive cultural people development strategies, initiatives and protocols.
   » Directing a new cultural capcapability approach and exercising influence to drive leading edge solutions and challenge conventional ways.
   » Championing and directing projects and programmes and utilising best-practice evaluation tools.
   » Establishing relationships and ensuring strong and effective networks
This is a new position in our organisation - a real chance to make your mark. An capability to speak te reo M?ori is an advantage.
You'll be given the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities to work at pace and deliver smart and effective solutions and provide pragmatic and effective advice.

income range: $109,999 – $164,999
