Job Title: Senior Credit Controller
Location: East Tamaki
Salary: $65,000+ p/a

Our client, situated in East Tamaki, operates a state-of-the-art New Zealand HQ and is in search of a dedicated and accomplished Senior Credit Controller to join their dynamic team.

Professional Growth: As a Senior member of staff, you'll be handling higher-end accounts, leading and supporting the team, and taking on additional leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
   » Implement and oversee strategic receivables management for high-value accounts.
   » Lead the collections team to ensure overdue accounts are managed effectively.
   » Supervise and execute financial transactions, including generating manual invoices, credit notes, and adjustments.
   » Manage complex account inquiries and serve as a liaison between departments and customers, making authorized adjustments to ensure swift issue resolution.
   » Oversee the upload of banking reports and direct credit allocation, ensuring prompt and accurate processing of customer payments.
   » Investigate and resolve intricate queries related to non-payment of invoices.
   » Manage account reconciliation and oversee daily and month-end reporting.
   » Lead and participate in company initiatives such as Green ideas and Continuous Improvement.
   » Build and maintain professional relationships with high-value customers and stakeholders.
   » Recognize the importance of internal and external customer satisfaction and ensure tasks are completed effectively and promptly.
   » Continuously enhance the quality of services provided to achieve exceptional results.
   » Lead your team in working toward and exceeding strict monthly and annual collections targets.
   » Identify and resolve complex issues constructively.
   » Uphold strict confidentiality in all professional dealings and protect the company's intellectual property.
Qualifications :
   » Proven experience in a leadership role, with a preference for prior credit control experience.
   » Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
   » Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
