The function You will assist the Analysis and Insights team by supporting a transition using an agile approach to evaluation and research projects. This will include identifying effective processes that translate data into evidence, as well as explaining and communicating the detail behind agile practices to the team and managers. You will be expected to provide backfill support to process map their analytical workflow to make Information technology more efficient and to produce an internal policy document for the team. The business analyst will also create documentation for analysts to use that streamline decision making. expertise & practice • knowledge of Lean and Agile work practices. • Background in data analytics, research, evaluation and/or statistics. • practice process mapping and creating documentation. • Can analyse complex issues and develop effective solutions. • Manages the process of gathering, analysing, storing, and disseminating detailed information in a user-friendly format. • Has practice in specifying business requirements from different user groups to a professional standard for system developers and/or solution providers to design against.
