This includes determining whether a matter falls within their remit. The team are well established working within the business collectively for over 75 years and We are seeking for a new leader to supervise an exciting team of change and development. function Overview: The Team Leader will lead the quality of the service delivered by the Customer Operational Servicing Inspectors. The function manages the team while also bringing their own technical skills in health and safety, coaching and mentoring. this function is a critical component of achieving national consistency on how our client represents its front door interactions with all stakeholders. this function is responsible for monitoring and managing a significant area of risk and response for the organisation. You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and relationship management skills, together with sound judgement and the capability to deal with complex problems. It will also be necessary to engage with internal and external stakeholders, staff across other government organisations, managers and senior leaders in addition to members of the public. Key Responsibilities » Build and maintain a high-performing team that is capable of developing and delivering innovative advice, products and services to support the Agency’s strategic direction. » Establish clear accountabilities, expectations and performance standards with direct reports and ensure regular performance management and development occurs whilst adhering to executeance targets » Anticipate future capcapability needs in Human Resources, identifies gaps in capcapability and addresses these gaps through targeted recruitment and development or other actions » Create a collaborative, engaging and motivational workplace environment » Develop effective working relationships with internal managers and staff in order to transfer expertise and learning from the response team within the wider organisation Person Specification: » Strong communication skills with the capability to determine correct courses of action.
