This opportunity offers the flexibility of an earlier shift pattern, Monday - Friday.Key Job responsibilities: » Develop and maintain relationships contacts including retailers and key accounts » Data Entry and admin tasks into the ERP system to ensure Customer timelines are adhered to » All incoming customer service enquiries through phone and email » Ensure end of Month and end of Year administration is completed » Evaluating KPI's and dispatch / deliveries are all achieved within timeframes through daily, weekly and monthly reporting practice: » Dealing with customer orders, preferably within Retail, FMCG, Warehousing or store deliveries » Strong computer and system expertise including excel » Managing multiple accounts to internal and external providers and having visibility and agility to moving timeframes » Confidence and exposure in dealing with complaints and escalations This exciting function will be working as part of a small team, and your direct managers will be located out of Australia, therefore Information technology is essential you are able to communicate effectively across a variety of platforms with a meticulous eye for detail. You will be highly organised and enjoy working under pressure at times and be flexible to changing priorities. This is not an entry level function, and therefore reflected in the competetive income on offer. You must be a Kiwi Citizen / Resident or have a valid work Visa of at least 2-3 years in order to be considered for this permenant position.
