Develop, guide and carry out and/or support the teaching of Te Reo, tikanga M?ori and m?tauranga M?ori content in programmes and courses at Te Kura Kaupapa M?tauranga, P?pori me Te Whare Tiaki Kararehe.
Te Aho a M?ui has a permanent appointment @ approximately 0.5 or 0.6 of full-time for you to:
   » Participate in the development of course materials to align with internal and external m?tauranga M?ori requirements
   » Assist in the delivery of m?tauranga M?ori in programmes within the School.
   » Assist with the School's te reo M?ori, tikanga, ako, ahurea and Te Tiriti o Waitangi capcapability development
   » Become a key member of the EIT M?tauranga Ma?ri development forum, hosted by the Executive Director of M?ori, and M?ori Student Success team.
Ideally you will have:
   » A high level of skill and knowledge in te reo M?ori me ?na tikanga.
   » Teaching practice and knowledge of curriculum development including m?tauranga Ma?ri
   » An knowledge of and the capability to demonstrate culturally responsive pedagogy
   » A degree or higher qualification
