The function Become involved with an interactive, supportive team of 10-12 Customer Service Representatives within this stylish, modern office – balcony with BBQ included!!! Working on the social media platforms of Facebook and Twitter, email and inbound calls, this position requires the Customer Service Representative to direct enquiries to the significant areas. The leadership abilities team describe the person they’re looking for as a strong communicator with a stellar attitude. Relicapability and dependcapability are essential as well as being a team player. Our client is a well known organisation who recognise talent and will promote their employees who show potential and commitment. This is a permanent position with the following shifts; Wednesday: 8am-4.30pm Thursday: 8am-4.30pm Friday: 8am-4.30pm Saturday: 7am-3.30pm Sunday: 8am-4.30pm tasks • Respond to social media, telephone and email enquiries • Accurately enter customer data into the system • Resolve customer concerns in an efficient manner expertise & practice • Prior practice in a telephone located function • Clear and articulate verbal communication • Talented with problem solving • Effective listening expertise • Reliable with a good record of punctuality What’s on Offer?
