About the role:
This role will support the Group Integration and Continuous Improvement Manager and larger Integrated Management System and Excellence (IMS&E) Group function in the development and ongoing management of documentation needed to meet our IMS ISO standard requirements.
The predominant purpose of the IMS Document Lead is to work alongside document owners in the development and management of documentation, including meta data requirements within the core libraries.
It is essential the IMS Document Lead be able proactively communicate, influence, and engage with multiple business stakeholders, whilst often translating technical information into easy to read and plain language documents for users across all levels.

Position requirements:
   » Business administration or quality discipline
   » Understanding of quality principles.
   » A practical working knowledge of process improvement methodologies, tools, & techniques.
   » Knowledge in the use of SharePoint or other document repositories.
   » Experience in Management Systems Administration and Coordination, ideally in a head office/corporate capacity.
   » Experience working with both operational and technical teams to manage process improvements.
   » Experience in the design and documentation of Integrated system elements and documentation.
   » Skills Proficient in SharePoint - system building, implementation, and administration.
   » Capability document control and analysis
   » Proficient PC skills including all Microsoft office applications.

   » Prior experience in this industry.
   » Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
   » Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop strong professional relationships with peers, managers, and cross business unit teams.
   » Highly collaborative and the type of person that will take initiative.
   » Ability to learn processes quickly and become a subject matter expert in new processes.
   » Commitment to delivering an outcome despite challenges, uncertainty and changing requirements.
   » Have a strong understanding of Health and safety as it helps our clients organisation prevent injuries and ill health at work.
