Established in 1888, the Gallery holds important collections of New Zealand and international art and presents a dynamic programme of temporary exhibitions, public programmes, and educational services. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to assist the Exhibitions & Projects Manager in the prosperous delivery of exhibitions and connected programmes. As the Exhibitions & Curatorial Coordinator, you play a key function in coordinating the development, scheduling, production, and delivery of internally and externally generated exhibitions and artist commissions to the highest standards of museum practice. You will also be responsible for financial planning, project management, and review of exhibitions generated by the Curatorial team. He k?rero m?u: About you As the Exhibitions & Curatorial Coordinator, you will bring excellent exhibition and project coordination practice as well as strong communication and people expertise. You will be able to work collaboratively and effectively across the Gallery to ensure sound accountcapability and delivery of exhibitions and related programmes. A background in financial budgeting and Excel is essential!
