The Senior Change Manager will play a key function in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by knowledge the stakeholder impacts and needs ,developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise stakeholder adoption and usage. You will work across the business on specific programmes/projects and focus on end to end impact of the changes across people, customers, business processes, systems and technology. this function will drive faster adoption and proficiencies of the changes, and these improvements will increase benefit realisation, and create value. Taking leadership abilities of the Change Management Strategy and delivery of an agreed programme or project you will ensure alignment and consistency of changes. You will work within a Portfolio located structure as part of a Design and Change Team.
