This role involves the receipt and processing of claimant payments, as well as the management of documents associated with said payments. You will be collaborating with a multitude of other support team members and building important relationships across the wider company. Ideal applicants will possess: * Experience working with claims and payments systems and accounts payable * Data entry and data management skills * Customer service experience * Excellent oral, listening, and written communication skills * Demonstrate ability to remain composed and focused under pressure * High degree of computer literacy * Ability to show flexibility and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with the willingness to accept new challenges.
