You will be providing support to a laboratory that manage saliva-based Covid-19 testing appointments for hospital patients, internal travellers and essential service employees. You will be dealing with customers over the phone and face to face and facilitating the collection site process for clients and fellow team members. To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following attributes: » Excellent customer service skills and/or experience in customer facing roles » Excellent listening skills » Strong attention to detail » Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite » Strong organisational skills » Previous experience in Administration roles » Awesome people skills!
