Offer: Concrete Finishers:Job description:Concrete FinishersPayment: Paid Position ($25-$30 per hour)Job location: Tauranga Region: Rotorua & Bay of Plenty practice: practice Necessary Listing Added: 08/12/2021 We are seeking for Kerbing Hands and Concrete Placers to join our team. We are seeking for persons of good character who would like to lgain and develop their career in concrete and kerbing construction. The prosperous candidates will join our construction crews and be involved in helping us deliver some of the Bay of Plenty’s most critical roading and infrastructure projects. You will do this by undertaking the following core activities: » Setting up and pouring kerbs for roading and other applications » Boxing up and pouring footpaths, driveways, roundabouts and other concrete roading infrastructure items. » Other general concrete construction activities. candidates should have the following attributes: » Some practice working with or pouring concrete » Some practice with boxing for concrete and/or job set-up. » Be drug and alcohol free; of good character; hardworking; reliable; punctual and enthusiastic » Have a desire to lgain and be willing to step up and take on responsibilities where required. » Be an excellent team player and communicator An excellent candidate would also have the following attributes: » Prior practice in kerbing works would be advantageous » Full driver’s license (Class 2 would be very beneficial) Pay rates and other benefits to be negotiated located on practice and capability Skills:
