The Company
Our client is a New Zealand owned and operated business that aims to make Information technology simpler, and cheaper for its customers to run their business. You’ll be working in the B2B sector, and will be working with clients across a range of industries including education, construction, health, manufacturing and more. A thriving and healthy company culture is evident the moment you walk through the doors, with a diverse and supportive team, bright, plant filled office environment along with flexible working arrangements and an awesome break out area; ping pong table and all!
The function
this function will see you driving new sales with the objective to help grow and maximise sales all over the business. You’ll have a sole focus on onboarding new clients, and getting a new people centric app onboarded into NZ businesses, with an already existing large portfolio of clients to leverage off. You’ll be working within the B2B space, so you’ll be confident and eloquent in your sales style; being able to present to GM’s, CEO’s HR Managers and People and Culture Advisors.
You’ll be a seasoned relationship builder and will be skilled in liaising between your clients, internal staff and external suppliers. this function will have a heavy focus on Business Development (70%) so a self-motivated and determined nature will see you go far, getting this new offering into the NZ market; a compensateing and exciting opportunity.
About you:
   » Related BDM or sales practice essential
   » Strong follow up expertise; nothing slips through the cracks
   » Genuine passion for Sales and excellent communication expertise; able to build rapport quickly
   » practice using various CRM systems
   » A availability to lgain and an capability to hit the ground running in B2B Sales function
   » Resilience and patience, knowledge the work needed in the beginning to build a lucrative and consistent pipeline
   » Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets
