This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to take on a high level production coordinator/ creative function with Shortland Street, New Zealand's longest running serial drama.We're looking for a skillful, enthusiastic and innovative creative to join our Shortland Street whanau and help create and manage the extra content and resources needed to celebrate the show's experience in 2022. We are seeking for someone who loves Shortland Street as much as we do! You'll need to have some practice in making television, know your way around a budget, have the capcapability to come up with, and execute great ideas, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Working closely with the Shortland Street Producer, you'll be working on a number of projects and ideas from pre-production through to the final product. Bringing stakeholders together, establishing partnerships, influencing positive results, and facilitating collaborative relationships are just some of the hallmarks of your success in previous functions. If you are/have: •some practice in developing and implementing content strategies and plans •have engaged with audiences and communities that are broad and diverse •an exceptional communicator • project and/or event management practice •good at building and maintaining strong relationships •an epic multi-tasker, great at taking initiative and have a friendly, imaginative, can-do attitude •Have been around television production enough to know the ins and outs of set protocol and can find your way around a callsheet and a production budget. •A love of the show and a genuine love for the ?serial drama' genre would be super valuable.
