Te Kahu T??, The Intensive Wraparound Service is a service that provides comprehensive, evidence located interventions to support students with challenging behaviour, socio-emotional difficulties and complex learning needs across a range of contexts. The team works collaboratively with students, parents/caregivers and family/wh?nau, schools and other agencies to provide comprehensive ecological wraparound plans for the student to achieve success at home and in their local community. this function will see you assisting the National Manager, Te Kahu T??, Intensive Wraparound Service in the following:
   » Working collaboratively with Te Kahu T?? teams, the wider Ministry and key stakeholder to achieve quality results
   » Supporting Te Kahu T?? staff, Education Areas and external stakeholders to access data and information of interest to them. Assisting them to interpret data from a wide variety of sources and facilitate a change and inquiry process located on their individual needs
   » Tracking, anticipating and responding to emerging risks and issues
   » Adapt service delivery to engagements to take into account identity, la nguage and culture of our partners
   » Monitoring effectiveness of and demand on core processes. Provide feedback identifying potential pressures points and wider system issues which will help inform improvement decisions
   » Developing explicit indicators to track progress, financial expenditure and adjust forecasting as required
   » Maintaining high-level oversight across projects, analysing for trends, emerging risks and issues, opportunities and solutions.
   » Monitoring and reviewing contracts for service including Te Kahu T?? Te Awa Unit
This position will be located in National Office, Wellington. You will be required to travel to provide service all over the Education Regions.
