Are you a natural organiser and have a knack for getting things done? Are you looking for an opportunity to use your strong coordination expertise working in a dynamic and exciting environment? Te Ara Manaaki, the programme that is transforming how the Department of Internal Affairs provides services to New Zealanders, is seeking you.
As a Programme Coordinator, you'll have plenty of energy, enthusiasm and great expertise to step up and take ownership of this challenging position. We are an innovative, dynamic programme that offers a great opportunity for a flexible team player who enjoys working to find solutions. You will provide a range of programme delivery support focused on enhancing, developing and maintaining multiple pieces of work. You will be the key point of contact for the Agile teams building strong relationships across the programme.
What practice you'll bring to our team:
· practice as a programme delivery coordinator working on large or transformational change
· Great relationship and engagement expertise and the capability to build significant working relationships with Leads, Teams and key business stakeholders
· The capability to support multiple streams of work at one time and be able to work well under pressure
· Working expertise of Lean Agile including practice with SAFe and Scrum delivery, Prince2 and MSP
What expertise we'll be looking for in you:
· You'll have demonstrated agility in responding to changes in priorities
· You'll have an insightful and proactive approach to work
· You'll be quick to grasp new ideas and concepts
· You'll have good written and oral communication expertise
· You'll have practice using a multitude of systems such as MS Office, Project, Visio and Azure
