Offer: Senior Advisor Digital Engagement:ACC_hainesJob description:Job DescriptionWith ACC, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by preventing injuries, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen. Join us – an organisation that grew out of bold thinking and has an enduring commitment to care for others at work, home and play.In this function you’ll work with a group of passionate individuals who collectively work together to drive customer and business results through digital marketing and engagement. No two days are the same – you’ll be exposed to everything from large above the line brand campaigns, play a key function in agency interaction and feedback on approaches, SEO and SEM strategies, and the evolution of our automated digital approach. Supporting the Digital Marketing team, you will work together to develop and deliver high-quality content for ACC’s external digital channels. You’ll also be responsible for ACC flagship website, acc.co.nz, (in partnership with Digital & Channel Evolution), to create customer-focused user practices while adhering to Government website standards. What will you bring? » Strong drive to put the user and their practice at the centre of everything you do » The capability to proactively identify digital engagement opportunities that maximise defined business results » Contribute to, and execute digital marketing and engagement activities like SEO, optimising paid digital marketing campaigns and strategies » Comfortable analysing campaign and website data and insights to plot customers journeys and mapping campaigns to suit » A solid knowledge of government web standards and accessibility, and proven practice of applying this in a digital environment » Strong relationship management and influencing expertise As a team we genuinely care about each other and what we do – plus we like to have a bit of fun.
