The Digital Public Service Branch works across the public service to connect, influence and support the system to take advantage of new digital opportunities. Information technology also supports the Government Chief Digital agent (GCDO) to drive the government's digital transformation and position government to succeed in a changing and evolving digital age. The Team Leader Commercial Contracts is a key position, providing guidance and advice across the all of government contracts managed by the All of Government Services Delivery Group including Framework Agreements and the Marketplace. this function requires Somebody with an broad commercial knowledge, good knowledge of contract management, mergers and acquisitions, the capability to provide pragmatic commercial advice, and either have practice as a people leader or looking for that next step into people leadership abilities. The function supervises and guides the team who manage contract changes on significant contracts, changes of control, manage contract deliverables and provide commercial advice as required across the portfolio.
