Job Opportunity: Programme Advisor:Maori Pacific JobsJob description:Job DescriptionThe Auckland Co-design Lab (The Lab)has an opportunity for a Programme Advisor. The Lab is a unique local and central government collaboration, nested inside The Southern Initiative (TSI) at Auckland Council. This is an exciting function that will be the glue that binds together multi-faceted programmes of work aimed at transforming how government supports the wellbeing of our communities. Information technology will suit someone who has a track record of making things happen, who wants to unleash their superpowers to create positive change.As our Programme Advisor you will play an integral function working across a range of exciting projects, bringing your planning, project management, quality, finance and risk management nous to maximise the impact of our work. This is a highly relational and strategic function that requires you to see several steps ahead. You will have the opportunity to grow your leadership abilities and support on a range of significant pieces of work, and contribute to the development and strengthening of our Te Tiriti-led team culture and practice. You will get to showcase your strong communication expertise and capability to build and develop effective tools to monitor and track progress. Please clickherefor Position Description He k?rero m?u: About you As a highly practiced admin superstar, you will bring sound expertise of effective programme planning, co-ordination and budget management principles and be proficient in common digital tools and platforms. You will understand the importance of careful preparation and have strong attention to detail in everything you do. Ideally you will be tertiary qualified in a significant discipline or have significant equivalent practice, and a strong interest in social innovation, equity or Te Tiriti located approaches. Your strong business acumen and capability to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities will support our work to thrive.Existing relationships and networks with community, mana whenua and/or government are highly valued.
