Are you passionate about making a difference for all New Zealanders? Want to support a high-performing team to deal with complex problems with real-life impacts? We want to find two Team Administrators to support the delivery of operational services to Te Puna Aonui business unit.
These functions sit within Organisational Effectiveness, a team of nine, who together support the operational needs of a business unit consisting of around 50 people.
The work of Te Puna Aonui is challenging as we develop strategic direction and advice to the government on family violence and sexual violence from a whole system perspective. We work with a broad range of stakeholders, both within government and in the community in relation to family violence and sexual violence.
He p?kenga tou – expertise and practice
As a Team Administrator, you will provide timely, high quality, and effective administrative services within the business unit of Te Puna Aonui.
To be prosperous in this function you will need:
   » Relationship expertise. Do you have well-developed relationship management expertise and practice in dealing with people at all levels? Do you like to build good, reciprocal networks that sustain your work? Do you care about helping people and have a strong sense of integrity? Are you self-aware and trustworthy, with a availability to lgain from others?
   » Organisational expertise. Can you plan, coordinate, and keep track in high pressure situations
   » Are you able to proactively look for opportunities for efficiency gains, developing and refining processes that support the work of Organisational Effectiveness and the wider Te Puna Aonui business unit?
   » Computer expertise. Do you have a high degree of computer literacy, including intermediate expertise of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Sharepoint?

Utu ?-tau –income
The remuneration band for this function is $52,343 to $72,249 – appointing income will be located on expertise and practice.
