The function includes: » Training volunteer broadcasters » Audio production for live radio shows » Recording and editing podcasts » Uploading podcasts to platforms » Technical troubleshooting » Leave cover for the head technician, including programming of radio scheduling software You will be one of four staff, and report to the Head Technician and Station Manager. You will contact with operational staff, and volunteers. The position is 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. While the function offers flexibility in work hours punctuality and the capability to meet deadlines is an absolute must. Radio or audio production practice is preferred, however a great attitude and availability to lgain will be taken into consideration while hiring for this position. expertise and practice Essential: » An capability to communicate effectively and sensitively with people from diverse backgrounds, ages, and abilities. » High attention to detail and high standard of work. » Excellent communication and problem-solving expertise. » Proven capability to work cooperatively and constructively as part of a team. » A keen interest in audio, broadcast, and online technology.
