Senior Court Judge’s Associate –Auckland City

Are you an practiced and professional Executive adjunct looking for a new and interesting function in the Justice sector?
We are seeking for a person who will provide high level executive administration support as Judge’s Associate to an Auckland High Court Judge. A Judge’s Associate works directly with the Judge on a everyday basis.
This key function has a range of responsibilities and tasks including but not limited to:
   » completion, formatting and distribution of judgments
   » managing case work diary management
   » travelling with the Judge on circuit to other courts.
This is a permanent, full-time position.

The prosperous applicant will be required to have:
   » broad practice providing executive support within the court systems or a legal firm
   » advanced level of proficiency in office procedures, business processes and database management
   » advanced Information technology capcapability in a wide variety of applications plus the capability to quickly lgain and keep up to date with constantly changing technology trends
   » typing speed of at least 80 wpm with a very high level of accuracy and presentation
   » available for domestic travel (and days or possibly weeks away in the house) may be involved.

income range
The appointing income for this function will be between $54,689 and $71,417 located on expertise and practice.
