Position: Care Home Manager
Location: Gisborne, New Zealand
We are sourcing a Care Home Manager who is dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care to residents. Working with a supportive team who are committed to fostering a warm and compassionate environment, ensuring the residents receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
   » Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.
   » Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial sustainability and optimal resource allocation.
   » Utilize your strong business skills to drive the success of the care home, balancing quality care with fiscal responsibility.
   » Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of care professionals, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
   » Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective care delivery.
   » Ensure the delivery of excellent care to all residents, continuously improving standards and practices in line with best practices in aged care.
Qualifications:
   » Proven experience or a strong understanding of the aged care sector.
   » Demonstrated experience in budget management and strategic leadership.
   » Exceptional business acumen and the ability to balance quality care with financial considerations.
   » Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
   » Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
