The Position This position will see you working within the Senior Performance Group and being responsible for: » Scoping and preparing audit plans (questions/criteria, methodology, budget, and time frames) » Collecting appropriate evidence through conducting fieldwork interviews » Analysing evidence from multiple sources using different techniques to reach sound findings » Report writing » Identifying emerging risks and problems and recommend how best mitigated » Assist with the development and improvement of standards, policies, methodologies » Present audit findings internally About you: » Capable of working in a varied multi-disciplinary environment. » Proven practice in writing high-quality reports that convey complex ideas in plain English. » capability to analyse, evaluate, conceptualise, and integrate results into a logical report outcome. » practice with performance auditing or alternatively research and evaluation or policy analysis » Familiarity with, and practice of, Te Ao Maori is desirable » Proven relationship and project management skills » Senior level, or keen to move into a slightly more senior function; income to match skills If you are interested to lgain more about this rare and exciting opportunity and fit the above brief.
