About The Role » Prepare the monthly profit and loss (including preparation/posting of journals) accurately and timely. » Provide profit and loss related analysis/commentary. » Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, financial reports and analysis to the business with ad hoc reporting on weekly and monthly basis. » Provide support to the Finance Director including FP&A areas. » Respond to financial inquiries or reporting requests by collecting, summarising, analysing and interpreting data. » Ensure accounting compliance with the accounting standards. » Ensure compliance with Group Policies and provide support for internal and external audit. » Drive process improvements and value add initiatives to continuously improve all aspects of accounting, results preparation, reporting, accuracy and customer experience. » Perform project work as required. About You » Mimumim 4 years' experience in Accounting position (across variety of accounting functions) » Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field. » CA/CPA Qualification. » Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel. » Able to work autonomously. » Self-driven and highly resilient. » Strong analytic aptitude. » Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
