They are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter with a strong background in food process/engineering. You will be an integral part of the Engineering and Production Teams. They run a 4 on 4 off rotating shift roster pattern and are looking for self-motivated colleagues with the right attitude and skills to join our team. To be successful in this role you must: » Hold Health and Safety in highest regard » Take ownership of machinery and equipment performance (including general and preventative maintenance) by applying proven technical or mechanical knowledge and skills » Liaise with the production team to ensure planned maintenance is carried out and machinery breakdowns are fixed in a timely manner » Achieve results through your ability to think logically and use advanced problem-solving skills » Work as part of a team and be a team player Our client is offering the following » $37 to $39 per hour depending on experience » Monthly Staff Sales » Staff development and continuous improvement » Employee gatherings and staff recognition » Safe off street carparking We are looking at starting candidates asap.
