A great opportunity for somebody passionate about the outdoors and looking for a function that offers variety, consistent support and an opportunity to take charge within your function and work as part of a small but growing team of 25. About the function: This is a varied function for somebody who thrives in being the ‘go between’ acting as the central hub of information for Customers, Internal Sales Teams and Suppliers. You’ll be a bit of a pro when Information technology comes to: • Liaising with suppliers regarding product, pricing, and quoting • Acting as first point of contact for NZ retailers/customers via phone, email • Coordinating with freight forwarders with regards to product/order dispatch • Making outbound calls to prospective and repeat customers • Implement new customer practice initiatives • Ensuring prompt and effective action on all ad-hoc customer needs About You: • Proven track record working in a customer centric function • Exceptional communication; both written and verbal • Strong capability to build and foster solid working relationships with customers/suppliers • Strong administrative expertise; able to coordinate and organise • Second to none follow through; nothing slips through the cracks • Self-motivated and autonomous in your approach to work • A passion for all things outdoors!
