Key responsibilities for this function include: • Day to day planning of manufacturing, ensuring and controlling an efficient production line • A large focus of ensuring your team is well managed • Being an important member of the leadership abilities team to help develop and increase the overall business performance • Promoting business improvement within the team and empowering them to think outside the box • Implementing and making sure all health and safety guidelines are followed • Sound knowledge of what Information technology means to be a part of the leadership abilities team to achieve high performance expertise and practice For this function you must have strong practice as a Production Manager with in a medium to large setting. This can be within engineering, manufacturing or logistics, you will be able to demonstrate this effectively.
