Ko t? m?tou mahi – Our function The Kaiwhakaako Matauranga M?ori will support kaupapa M?ori mahi that helps build capcapability of our People by facilitating a range of workshops and training activity across K?inga Ora. Ng? p?manawatanga ?u – What you will bring Our ideal candidate will have strong connection to the Iwi in their region come with a background in facilitating or teaching (minimum three years) practiced in Matauranga M?ori who is fluent in Te Reo. In addition to this and your significant tertiary qualifications you will demonstrate the following: » Have a grounding knowledge in tikanga M?ori and kawa » Demonstrate knowledge and knowledge around h?tori M?ori and ng? h?tori o Aotearoa » Able to educate, facilitate and communicate key messages that both enhance and grow the capcapability of K?inga Ora staff towards delivering organisational results in partnership with M?ori » Flexibility as travel is required for function across regions (when required) » Strong communication expertise, both verbal and written » capability to take constructive feedback, reflect and change something if Information technology isn’t working » Good presentation expertise and the capability to articulate yourself when presenting in front of an audience N?u te rourou – What’s in Information technology for you?
