At the Service Delivery and Operations branch, we are the face of DIA. Whether we're helping to register births, deaths or marriages, or assisting in passport applications, community grants or civil union and name change registrations, we're dedicated to serving the needs of New Zealanders.
We have a permanent full-time opportunity for a Team Leader in our Wellington Access team. To be prosperous in this function you'll have:
   » practice leading teams in a contact centre and/or public facing environment.
   » A passion for growing and developing a team of Life and Identity Services agents.
   » Excellent written and verbal communication expertise.
   » A positive attitude and can-do approach to your mahi.
   » Strong relationship management expertise that allow you to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
