About the position:
This is a rare opportunity for Information technology professionals of varying levels to be considered. Whether you’re an Information technology Support (Tier 1 & 2) at minimum, or more of a senior Information technology Team Lead, Manager or manager, we want to hear from you!
Due to the open mindedness and growing nature of the organisation, there is potential for the position to be tailored to suit your capabilities, with a income to match. The position will be commencing as temporary to alleviate the immediate pressure within the Information technology Support team, however for the right candidate, a permanent position may become available.
At minimum, on the day to day you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the organisation, whether that be simple desktop updates, Outlook & Office 360 troubleshooting, running network diagnostics, hardware & cell phone repairs and assisting with raising tickets and/or escalating queries (Tier 1 & 2 Support) in order to ensure the most efficient running of the business when Information technology comes to tech.
If you’re on the more senior side, although still being hands on, you may be delegating some of the above, along with being strategic and planning company tech upgrades, working on higher level tech issues/trouble shooting and will also be responsible for mentoring and supervising the wider but close-knit Information technology team.
This is a rare opportunity for somebody who is seeking a new step, to apply for a company who is open minded in terms of what this function looks like, however Information technology is essential that you will be available to start immediately or at most, 2 weeks.
